Bike Summit On Trial: A Conversation with Bike Law’s Charlie Thomas

  • MATCH (Matchbox 2) 3400 Main Street Houston, TX, 77002 United States (map)

Tuesday, May 23 @ 3:00 PM

Attorney Charlie Thomas, who has represented hundreds of bike crash victims across Texas and Louisiana, shares jaw-dropping stories and answers all the questions you didn’t even know to ask about bikes and the law.

Charlie’s recent cases involve a surgeon who was injured due to a defect on a TxDOT-managed road in El Paso, as well as the 2021 coal-rolling attack which severely injured six bicyclists in Waller County.

Thomas is former president of the Texas A&M Cycling Team, where he led the team in appearances in the U.S. Collegiate National Championships, and is a certified League Cycling Instructor.

This event is eligible for 1.5 CM (1.0 CM Law) through the American Planning Association (APA).
